“Dashboard” gets used loosely, so here is exactly what you get when I build one, start to finish.

  1. Connect the data. Spreadsheets, POS, booking tools, forms, or your database, wired in so numbers update automatically instead of by hand.
  2. Pick the few numbers that matter. We cut the noise to the handful of metrics that actually drive decisions for your business.
  3. Charts, totals, and alerts. Clean visuals plus thresholds that flag you when something needs attention: low stock, an overdue invoice, a slow week.
  4. A phone-first view. Built to read on the device you actually check the business from.
  5. Roles and handoff. Who sees what, and a short walkthrough so you and your team can run it without me.

Before any custom build, a rough problem is turned into a clear, written scope, so you know exactly what you are getting, what it costs, and where it ends.

Start from the real bottleneck: what is manual, slow, scattered, or breaking.
Map the right build that actually fixes it.
Agree on a written scope up front: deliverables, fixed price, and timeline in plain English.
Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is built, with no surprise costs.

Omerica Studios is still building its public track record, so early pricing is intentionally small-business friendly. Low price does not mean unlimited scope: every paid build gets a clear deliverable list before work starts.

How billing works: Basic websites can be quoted quickly. Custom software starts with scope first, then a fixed project price. Hourly work is reserved for support, cleanup, consulting, and open-ended changes starting at $50/hour. Larger builds usually require a deposit and milestone payments. These are early founding rates and may increase for future projects.

What does a project actually look like?+

First we define the business problem, then we agree on a clear written scope, then the build happens in clear milestones. For early projects, the goal is to ship something useful without overbuilding features the business does not need yet.

How soon can you start?+

Usually within a week of a clear brief. Quick pieces like a basic website or a single automation can move faster. Tell us your timeline and we'll be straight about whether it is realistic.

Where do you work?+

Remote-first, businesses anywhere. The work is digital. We'll meet wherever you are and ship to wherever your market is.

How do you price?+

Beginner-friendly founding rates. Basic websites can start around $100 when the scope is simple and you provide the content. Custom software starts around $750 and is quoted by scope, so both sides know exactly what is included before any work begins.

Are these prices permanent?+

No. These are early portfolio-building rates. As the studio takes on more work, pricing may increase for new projects. Existing signed scopes are honored according to the written agreement.

Are all portfolio projects paid work?+

No. Some are business tools, some are internal demos, and some are experiments. The portfolio is intentionally transparent because the studio is new and real examples matter more than claims.

What is not included by default?+

Copywriting, logo design, paid subscriptions, advanced SEO, ads, ongoing maintenance, emergency support, large feature changes, and third-party platform issues are not included unless they are written into the scope.
